I have found and used a great service to move music from one Mac/PC Itunes library from to another and it is called Pod to Mac and it is great if you use the older version. 3.0.3
I tried the new version with no luck at all, redownloaded a few times and it did not recognize my devices.
So I was directed to a link from my friend Sydney and it works like a charm

Grow your library and share I love this service. Do not upgrade because it does not work for some reason.it's easy and supple to use. 3.0.3 is free and they do make a PC version too
